The small things in life which I have missed

Today I decided to make a list of things which I think I have missed out on over the past 18 years of life. Of course I will not be including my grand schemes like building Iron Man, becoming an Industrialist and what-not. These are things that I feel I should have done in my free time but since my free time was stolen, I need to compensate for them. To make things simpler, I will just write what I have already started doing/about to start doing from November this year (from the day I graduate from high school).

1. Revise Physics - this is purely to regain my problem solving skills; not that i have lost them but just to refresh them.

2. Build an autonomous vehicle - have decided to build a UAV/quad-rotor with my friends and will be taking part in SAFMC also.

3. Learn iPhone programming - yup, i have been influenced by my friends plus I need to master C/C++ also.

4. Find other things to trade - so far been trading electronics only. i want to expand it and also find other ways to fuel my (expensive) hobbies.

5. Make 3 to 4 more animations - this time i will be using pbrt and helping out my juniors on a project as well. Hopefully i can make a StarWars-like animations series.

6. Figure out what exactly is Forex trading and stuff - again, i have been influenced by my friends who have already entered university. They always talk about Forex and I always get lost when they do so.

7. Come up with new business ideas for the future - it my past time. right now, i will think about such things only when i go to bed. For around 10-15 mins i will be thinking of how some particular product/service can be improved. maybe weird for you but its fun for me to indulge in such mind-excercises.

8. Visit exotic places - this is everyone's wish man!

I hope this will keep me busy for a few months. i estimate that it will take around 8-10 months to complete everything on the list. So that's how much time i have lost from my childhood. The 'evil' education has sapped so much life out of me.
